Andrew Blake has successfully managed and sold real estate in and around the Northern Beaches for many years. Andrew understands the Northern Beaches property market thoroughly and has a keen understanding and appreciation of the benefits that this beautiful area has to offer. Having lived and worked in the area since 1992, Andrew's involvement in the community stretches from sponsoring several local sporting clubs & schools to being a member of Avalon Chamber of Commerce. Andrew and his wife Melinda, are originally from Orange in the central west of NSW. They now live in Avalon with their two young sons Thomas and Hamish, and daughter Saraya, and participate in local community events, whilst enjoying the beach lifestyle.

His outstanding list of credentials features numerous accolades including being awarded the number 1 Salesperson in NSW within the Ray White Group for 2002/2003. He was consistently ranked in the top 10 internationally and was a member of the exclusive 'Alan White Club' - a group of international 'Elite Performers' in his previous position as the Sales Manager of Ray White Avalon.

In association with her husband Andrew, Melinda manages the business and guides the future direction of every facet of the company including sales, property management, marketing and administration. Melinda joined Andrew in establishing Andrew Blake Real Estate Real Estate and her bold approach to trying new ideas saw the business immediately make an impact on the Northern Beaches real estate market.

Melinda's role as Operations Director consolidates her event management and human resource experience and her passion for customer service and a commitment to employing professional staff.

Melinda applies a high level of energy and a positive, can-do attitude and is focused on continually improving standards and keeping the agency well ahead of the competition by her innovative approach and commitment to creating a real estate agency of unique quality.

Melinda takes pride in the growth of the business and the role Andrew Blake Real Estate has taken in supporting the local community.

Together, Melinda and Andrew have three wonderful children.

Cathy Agosti has over 5 years successful experience in Real Estate on the Northern Beaches and has been a strong part of Andrew Blake Real Estate since the company was founded.

Cathy is an integral and lively member of the Andrew Blake Real Estate team and over the past five years has established a reputation of honesty, hard work and dedication, with a willingness to go the extra mile and provide exceptional communication through the whole process.

Having been a Pittwater resident for 15 years, Cathy has thorough specialist knowledge of the area and is a well known and respected local personality.

With a desire to build on her skill base and provide an even higher level of specialised service for her clients, Cathy spent the year of 2007 studying advertising. Given this additional training Cathy is able to provide her vendors with well qualified and educated advice on how to market their property most effectively, giving them a distinct advantage in the marketplace.

Cathy is a member of the Real Estate Results Network, which is Australasia's leading real estate training and support network and participates in continual training and development ensuring she is at the top of the latest trends and real estate marketing techniques.

As Executive Assistant to Andrew Blake, Laura is an integral part of the dynamic team at Andrew Blake Real Estate where her ability to facilitate the seamless running of the behind the scenes operation allowing Andrew Blake to concentrate on his strengths of listing and selling.

Laura works closely with Andrew, to assist in the smooth running of his workload. She manages his diary, keeping him on track and ready with the relevant information for his appointments. Laura's genuine drive and work ethic alongside her professionalism, in both appearance and attitude are truly a credit to her character.

Prior to joining Andrew Blake Real Estate, Laura polished her organisational and negotiating skills in the field of film and photography, working for 13 years as Locations Manager & Photographic Producer, both in Sydney and London where she worked extensively throughout Europe with some of the UK's top photographers.

Her forward-looking nature, passion for the environment, and enthusiasm for new projects saw her organising Earth Hour 2008 and 2009 on Avalon Beach where she tackled the challenge with relish and was awarded and Australia Day award by Pittwater Council in the category of Community Event of the Year 2008.

Laura is inspired by nature, still has a love for photography, enjoys the outdoors and loves nothing more than spending her free time at the beach. She enjoys eating out and spending time with her friends and family.

Rebecca commenced her Real Estate career as a Marketing Specialist in the Inner West of Sydney. Having grown up on the Northern Beaches she chose to join the dynamic team at Andrew Blake Real Estate where she could combine her love and knowledge of the area and build her real estate career. Rebecca began in the role of front desk co-ordinator and was quickly promoted into the Property Management department.

Rebecca is currently studying her Real Estate Diploma & Licence and previously has completed qualifications and worked in the areas of Marketing, Public Relations and Event Management, where she developed her organisational and communication skills.

Rebecca has an honest and friendly personality which enables her to communicate effectively with both landlords and tenants alike. She prides herself on being highly organised and strives to constantly improve and learn. This focus ensures that Rebecca will exceed her personal and professional goals.

She is a lively member of the Andrew Blake Real Estate team and often provides shining moments of light relief to the team with her singing and dancing talents.

Jessica joined Andrew Blake Real Estate as Team Assistant in 2008, shortly after completing her Higher School Certificate.

Jessica has always had very clear career goals, obtaining her Certificate of Registration while still at school. Jessica approached all the major real estates on the Northern Beaches and was drawn to the professionalism of Andrew Blake Real Estate.

As Team Assistant, Jessica ensures that our office runs efficiently and that all team members in both sales and property management are supported in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Jessica has a background in customer service and will make sure you are greeted with a smile when visiting our office. Always keen to lend a hand, her helpful & considerate nature makes her a delight to be around.

Jessica enjoys working in a team where everyone respect each other and looks forward to developing her career within a fast growing, independent agency.

Gemma plays a vital role in every sale by ensuring all marketing campaigns are executed to the absolute highest standard. As Marketing Co-ordinator Gemma is responsible for the marketing of a property from organising photographers to writing copy and designing a range of marketing functions, including brochures, signboards, website and advertising.

Extremely organised and efficient, Gemma's ability to keep on top in a fast deadline-driven environment helps to deliver accurate, high impact advertising that stands out from the crowd.

Prior to joining Andrew Blake Real Estate Gemma gained valuable experience from a variety of industries including television, education and architecture. The urge to satiate her creative side and passion for property Gemma loves the career path she has chosen and being part of a vibrant, energetic team.

Gemma loves living in this beautiful area of Sydney.

Jade has recently joined the team at Andrew Blake Real Estate on Saturdays running the front desk, and aiding the team to be ready and prepared for their busy opens.

Although new to the Real Estate industry Jade believes her keen interest in property possibly stemmed from her mother "dragging me to open houses as a young child just for fun".

Jade chose to be a full time mother to her 3 girls and draws on her many years of corporate experience within the Marketing and Advertising industries. This experience, coupled with her ability to manage 3 very young children has given her the skills to get anything done!

A Northern Beaches girl, Jade moved to Avalon 6 years ago and has established a great network of friends and feels very privileged to be part of such a wonderful and friendly community.
