Andrew Blake has successfully managed and sold real estate in and around the Northern Beaches for many years. Having lived and worked in the area since 1992, Andrew's involvement in the community stretches from sponsoring several local sporting clubs & schools to being a member of Avalon Chamber of Commerce. Andrew and his wife Melinda, are originally from Orange in the central west of NSW. They now live in Avalon with their two young sons Thomas and Hamish, and daughter Saraya, and participate in local community events, whilst enjoying the beach lifestyle.

His outstanding list of credentials features numerous accolades including being awarded the number 1 Salesperson in NSW within the Ray White Group for 2002/2003. He was consistently ranked in the top 10 internationally and was a member of the exclusive 'Alan White Club' - a group of international 'Elite Performers' in his previous position as the Sales Manager of Ray White Avalon.

Greg has an established background in residential sales in the Pittwater area. Greg's family has been involved in real estate for over 30 years and he has a keen passion for the business and in matching people with homes that they will love.

Greg has held his real estate licence since 1997 after a very successful career in construction. This career had Greg involved in many of Sydney's developments, including such 'icons' as the Sydney Harbour Tunnel, 'The Toaster' and Chifley Tower. He also has a vast experience in the supervision and management of property development and renovations.

Having grown up on the Northern Beaches, he now lives in the Newport area with his wife Sue and children Thomas and Caitlin. He enjoys being part of this great local community and is an avid golfer at Mona Vale Golf Club.

His experience and natural ability to think outside the square, combined with his straightforward approach, integrity and healthy competitive nature give Greg an edge that is extremely advantageous and has resulted in residential property sales records on the Northern Beaches.

Cathy Agosti has over 5 years successful experience in Real Estate on the Northern Beaches and has been a strong part of Andrew Blake Real Estate since the company was founded.

Cathy is an integral and lively member of the Andrew Blake Real Estate team and over the past five years has established a reputation of honesty, hard work and dedication, with a willingness to go the extra mile and provide exceptional communication through the whole process.

Having been a Pittwater resident for 15 years, Cathy has thorough specialist knowledge of the area and is a well known and respected local personality.

With a desire to build on her skill base and provide an even higher level of specialised service for her clients, Cathy spent the year of 2007 studying advertising. Given this additional training Cathy is able to provide her vendors with well qualified and educated advice on how to market their property most effectively, giving them a distinct advantage in the marketplace.

Cathy is a member of the Real Estate Results Network, which is Australasia's leading real estate training and support network and participates in continual training and development ensuring she is at the top of the latest trends and real estate marketing techniques.

Leanne commenced working with Andrew Blake Real Estate in January 2006. She first worked in the role of Front Desk Co-ordinator and after three months, was promoted to the position of Executive Assistant to Director, Andrew Blake, and has been in that role since.

Leanne works closely with the Director, Andrew, to assist in the smooth running of his workload in dealing with vendors, purchasers and general office administration. She manages his diary and assists to keep him on track and ready with the relevant information for his appointments.

Leanne grew up on the Northern Beaches and worked most of her working career in local small business's, ranging from accountant firms to recruitment companies. She loves the small business atmosphere and really feels part of the "family" with the team at Andrew Blake Real Estate. Although Leanne's role is primarily to support the Director, she has also throughout that time assisted in all facets of the business - marketing, property management and front desk reception relief, enabling her to have a wide area of expertise in the running and management of the office.

Leanne is an exceptional team member and has recently been acknowledged as one of 'The Best of the Best' in the Australasian Real Estate Results Network Awards.

Leanne was shortlisted as a finalist for 'Support Star of the Year'. This was a very coveted award and we are very proud of her achievement.

Lauren has recently joined Andrew Blake Real estate in the role of 'Sales Support and Buyer Specialist' to Andrew Blake. Lauren brings with her, experience in both sales and administration along with a fresh, enthusiastic approach to real estate.

Over the past few years, Lauren has spent a large amount of time traveling Europe and in doing so has learnt to speak French and further build on her interpersonal skills. Her other interests include music and the beach.

She has an honest, mature and approachable manner and looks forward to providing the best service opportunities for her clients.

Anita Rajic is dedicated to providing quality management and service to her clients and has a strong appreciation of the benefits of living and working in the beautiful Northern Beaches.

Anita's extensive knowledge and experience stems from a career in Real Estate which began in 1999 and has seen her manage properties in various areas across Sydney. The property industry is a real passion for Anita and she thrives on the challenges and the highs and lows that are part and parcel of real estate.

Born in Croatia and raised in Germany, her European background has provided her with a wealth of experiences. Anita moved to Australia ten years ago and certainly considers Sydney to be her home and has embraced our culture and lifestyle openheartedly.

Anita has graduated from the Real Estate Advanced Diploma course in Real Estate Management and holds a Real Estate Agents Licence. She has a thorough understanding of the rules and regulations that govern property management as well as a strong personal moral code. Anita's philosophy is communication and she believes in good management of a client's investment.

Her knowledge is outstanding and this reflected in the continual referral clients that approach her to market and manage their properties. Anita's strong work ethic and integrity was recognised in 2001 when she received an "Outstanding Property Management" award through the Raine & Horne Group. She has worked with several high profile real estate groups and enjoys being part of the award winning Andrew Blake Real Estate team.

Prior to working in the real estate industry, Anita worked in retail banking for several years. This experience framed Anita's attention to detail and her ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Anita has boundless energy, (much of which is generated by her love for chocolate) and she is continually undertaking professional and self development courses to achieve her highest potential and enable her to provide exceptional service to all of her clients.

Anita enjoys living and working on the Northern Beaches and in her spare time can be found at the gym, going out with friends to coffee shops or relaxing with a good book.

Rebecca commenced her Real Estate career as a Marketing Specialist in the Inner West of Sydney. Having grown up on the Northern Beaches she chose to join the dynamic team at Andrew Blake Real Estate where she could combine her love and knowledge of the area and build her real estate career. Rebecca began in the role of front desk co-ordinator and was quickly promoted into the Property Management department.

Rebecca is currently studying her Real Estate Diploma & Licence and previously has completed qualifications and worked in the areas of Marketing, Public Relations and Event Management, where she developed her organisational and communication skills.

Rebecca has an honest and friendly personality which enables her to communicate effectively with both landlords and tenants alike. She prides herself on being highly organised and strives to constantly improve and learn. This focus ensures that Rebecca will exceed her personal and professional goals.

She is a lively member of the Andrew Blake Real Estate team and often provides shining moments of light relief to the team with her singing and dancing talents.

Mavournee joined Andrew Blake Real Estate as Team Assistant in December 2007 after completing the Certificate in Property Practice with the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales.

Being new to the Real Estate industry, Mavournee has a bright approach to the workplace, very high standards of service and draws on her five star experiences in hospitality and human resources.

Mavournee has spent her life in Avalon, and over the years has developed strong relationships with local friends and the community. With an inside out knowledge of the local area, Mavournee can give you directions and point you towards a great meal, coffee or place to shop for home wares!
